I gave this to hubby for Christmas. He used it to help him avoid back pain while walking around Disneyland. He said he really helped and he wasn't in a lot of pain by the end of the day. Normally he's in quite a bit of discomfort so the cane definitely helped.

I took this cane to the Greek islands. Hiking up and down stones all day was hard with a broken Femor but this cane worked and looked classy. because of the tail of the mermaid your hand does get worn a bit but over all I was impressed.
