Gift Certificates

Treat your loved ones with an Fashionablecanes.com gift certificate! They come in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100, and they're good towards any purchase made at Fashionablecanes. Your gift certificate will be sent through an E-mail via an attachment to the recipient. Make sure you have the exact e-mail address of the recipient to ensure speedy delivery. To Purchase your gift certificate click here to go to the gift certificate page. Gift certificates must be redeemed through our website, www.fashionablecanes.com. They cannot be redeemed anywhere else and are not refundable for credit. Gift certificates are good for up to the value of the certificate; any purchase over the amount of the gift certificate must be paid by the recipient with a credit card. Any remaining balance left over after purchase with the gift certificate will be credited to the recipient's fashionablecanes.com gift certificate account balance for future use. It cannot be refunded or credited back to a credit card. Recipient must retain the code provided on the gift certificate at time of receipt; if this code is lost, Fashionablecanes.com cannot be responsible for replacing the value of the gift certificate.

Applying Your Code

Only one Discount Code may be applied towards each purchase. You may apply multiple gift certificates toward the same order. You can also apply a gift certificate in combination with an Discount code. You may only apply one discount code per order.

All orders except for orders that include engravings are shipped the same day as long as they are ordered before 3PM EST.

International Shipping

Did you know the majority of US-based online stores do not ship to international destinations? Fashionable Canes values our international customers and will gladly ship to the following countries via Airmail Parcel/Insured. Shipping rates are determined by the total cost of the order.

The Package will arrive to the countries Customs Office in 3-10 days. Please note that during holiday peak period shipping times the custom processing time may delay the normal delivery time of your order. Please check www.usps.com for exact shipping times to specific countries.

The reciever will be responsible for any custom charges such as duty or taxes collected at the time of delivery. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Gifts Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns of gifts! We can either credit the gift purchaser's credit card, or issue the credit to the gift recipient, good for future purchases at our site. However, we cannot issue credit to the credit card of a gift recipient. We do not issue cash refunds.

Return Policy General

We hope you love everything you buy at Fashionablecanes.com. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in a new condition and has not been modified. A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. We'll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days items may not be returned. If the purchase price of any item(s) is over $250 or the item has been custom sized there is a 30% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a shipping fee will be applied at $10.95.

To return an item, you must call Fashionablecanes.com Customer Service at 1.877.890.7677 or e-mail us at orders@fashionablecanes.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for your return. Sorry, but any returned item not accompanied by an official RMA code can not be accepted. Please write the RMA code on the returned portion of the original packing slip and on the shipping return label. Please take a minute to tell us why you're not happy with the product-we want to know! Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.

Warranty

All items are covered for a 6 months warranty against manufacturers defects. An item that has been dropped on the ground will not be covered under this warranty. All items will be inspected from us and we will determine if the item is broken from a manufacturers defect. If the item has been broken from a manufacturers defect we will replace item. Refunds will not be given for broken items. If something is broken or damaged and there is a visible mark from falling on the ground this damage will not be covered under warranty.

Catalog/Website Pricing Policy

We always strive to have accurate pricing on our website and our print catalog Fashionable Canes is committed to accurate pricing. Price discrepancies should be brought to the attention of a Sales Associate for immediate correction. Since our catalog comes out on a yearly basis the price may change from the price in the catalog because of changes in market conditions such as manufacturing costs and other factors. If an order is sent in by mail or called in by phone we will notify you about the difference in price and will give you the option to cancel or update the order before processing.

Fashionablecanes is a family-owned and operated business based in St Petersburg, FL that developed out of a love of walking canes. When we started our business in 1999 many canes looked like that were designed for a hospital. At this point in time there were only a handful of fashionable walking canes available. So we took on a mission to literally search the world for more fashionable choices for walking cane users.

We have put forth so much dedication in the last 7 years to finding fashionable walking canes that we currently offer the largest selection of walking canes available anywhere!

We have the knowledge and expertise to know a quality cane or walking stick from something that is not worth your time or ours. We try out the items that we sell. Many items do not make the cut and are not added to our website. You can rest assured on your cane that if you buy it from us it will be something of quality that you can count on for many years of use. We also are the only cane retailer that offers a warranty on all of their products.
