General Return Policy

We hope you love everything you buy at Fashionablecanes.com. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in a new condition and has not been modified. A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. We'll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days items may not be returned. If the purchase price of any item(s) is over $250 or the item has been custom sized there is a 30% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your credit.

To return an item, you must recieve an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). To recieve this RMA number please either call Fashionablecanes.com Customer Service at 1.800.887.5185 or click here to use the contact us form to submit it via Email. Sorry, but any returned item not accompanied by an official RMA code can not be accepted. Please write the RMA code on the original packing slip and on the outside of the return shipping box. Please take a minute to tell us why you're not happy with the product-we want to know! Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.

Warranty

All items are covered for a 6 months warranty against manufacturers defects. All items must be sent back to our location at the buyers expense.

 We recommend insuring your package against loss by the carrier and using a carrier that provides trace-ability. An item that has been dropped on the ground will not be covered under this warranty. All items will be inspected from us and we will determine if the item is broken from a manufacturers defect. If the item has been broken from a manufacturers defect we will replace item. Refunds will not be given for broken items. If something is broken or damaged and there is a visible mark from falling on the ground this damage will not be covered under warranty.

Return Policy Gifts

We are happy to accept returns of gifts! We can either credit the gift purchaser's credit card, or issue Fashionablecanes.com credit to the gift recipient, good for future purchases at our site. However, we cannot issue credit to the credit card of a gift recipient only to the original purchaser. We do not issue cash refunds.

Catalog/Website Pricing Policy

We always strive to have accurate pricing on our website and our print catalog Fashionable Canes is committed to accurate pricing. Price discrepancies should be brought to the attention of a Sales Associate for immediate correction. Since our catalog comes out on a yearly basis the price may change from the price in the catalog because of changes in market conditions such as manufacturing costs and other factors. If an order is sent in by mail or called in by phone we will notify you about the difference in price and will give you the option to cancel or update the order before processing.
