The "Standard Size"for this cane is "adj. from 30" - 37"". This is the maximum length that this cane can be sold. The Approximate Maximum User Height for this cane is 6'1". Please understand, the option to remove 1, 2 or 3 inches changes the adjustable range of 30-37 inches to the following below:

If you Select to Remove 1", the range is now 29" - 36"
If you Select to Remove 2", the range is now 28" - 35"
If you Select to Remove 3", the range is now 27" - 34"

(You may choose to have the cane shortened if the "Optional Sizing" option is available under the "Add to Cart" button.)
